Big Announcement...

How I've missed being here the last week.
How I have been such a random blogger the past few months.
But it's all because the ONE really BIG thing I wanted to talk about I couldn't.
We had a secret that we needed to keep under wraps.

EXPECTING a BABY!!!

Introducing....Bitsy Hitzy!

Phew!
I'm so glad that it's out now!
I'll have a new series called the Baby Diaries that I'll use to keep everyone updated on our continued progress.
To answer a few questions...
1.) Yes, this was 100% prayed for and planned.
2.) We will find out gender in May, I am not someone who is good at waiting for surprises.
3.) My due date is October 2nd, but I'm convinced it'll be September 31st or sooner.
4.) I have it in my head that this is a baby boy, but as all parents know...a happy healthy baby is what we want most!
5.) As of today I'm 14 weeks 2 days.  Officially in my 2nd trimester.
6.) I am feeling much better that I was.  Fortunately, I was only physically sick 1x, but I was queasy just about every day and beyond exhausted.  I do still suffer from food aversions, but I don't have any cravings yet.

For those of you who knew, Bud & I would like to say, "Thank You".  For all your prayers.
In the first few Baby Diaries entries (probably to be posted on Thursday) I'll explain how we told the family and I have a fun video I'll get to post as well as our journey to this stage of life.
I am praying that now I will be back on a regular schedule here now that I have no secrets ;)
