Build me one...

and one of these...

and a couple of these....

I literally could make a list a mile long of things I would like built.
I SHOULD be able to build them myself.
After all my Dad can build anything and I know some basics.
Alas, my skills are greatly lacking as is our tool shed!
However, my Dad is coming the week of Thanksgiving and he is going to teach the hubby some woodworking basics!
The end result should be something VERY similar to this in our dining room.

another view...
At least the table and the bench!

I'm so excited to have a grown up table!
I'm so Thankful that my Dad is so handy and that he can teach my Hubby how to be handy!
I'm so Thankful that my Hubby is as excited to learn to make the table as I am to have it!
He's building a family heirloom and OH the memories that will be had at this table.
I promise to post pictures once it's built!

As for me...I may be MIA for a couple days.
We are starting our move from the apartment to our new rental house tomorrow and if packing, moving, and unpacking weren't enough to keep me busy....I'll still have a 6 week old to tend to!
I'll see y'all soon!

I hope you had a Blessed Thursday!

  2. Hi, Biz!! Congratulations on your win! I'm still having issues with my computer, that's why I didn't send you an email. When I try it keeps opening in my hubby's account. I'll email you later this evening or tomorrow, once my computer's up and running, and get your info sent off to Rockin' Bowstars! So, sorry about the delay. Congrats again and thanks for being a loyal reader. I really appreciate it. =)
