1.) It can be chaotic and crazy and everything counterproductive to your weekend rest.
2.) You can ride that relaxation in and hold onto not letting anything bother you.
For me it was a little of both. It WAS a crazy day at work, but I was so relaxed from my weekend that stress was a word I didn't even allow into my thought process.
After work I came home and worked out, showered, made dinner, and Bud & I started to watch Prison Break: The Final Break.
NEWS FLASH: SPIRIT105.9 is a Christian Radio station. So despite losing The River 105.9 I still at least have Christian music. Unfortunately, I do not have the John Tesh Radio show.
This is a short post, which after my long posts of the weekend I'm sure is greatly appreciated!
