Bride & Groom #3 of the Summer

Phew!
I have finished wedding number 3!
This was the second week in a row that I was on bridesmaid duty.
As most wedding days go we all started out by getting our hair done.
DE (The bride-to-be) had given us special bags at the rehearsal dinner the night before.
Each bag contained a custom wine glass w/ our name in our favorite colors, a magazine suited to each girls taste (a pregnancy mag for me), pink flip flops to wear after the ceremony, snacks, and the jewelry we were to wear (Pink rose shaped earrings and brown beaded necklaces with a matching pink rose shaped pendant).  Wonderful gifts to keep us entertained in the bridal suite!
Clockwise: Me, CE, TR, RG, JM, GE, & DE
We did everything we could to make the Bride as comfy as possible :)
Mimosas anyone?
Meanwhile the guys got the groom ready in the grooms suite
In order to pass the remaining time....
 ...a game of poker!
Before we knew it, it was time for the Bride and Groom to exchange their gifts to each other.
CP got his lovely bride a singing jewelry box.
A safe place to stow away all her beautiful jewels!
DE got her handsome hubby a cowbell,
so he could be the life of the party at the reception.
And a gift card so he could finally get his concealed
handgun license.
Finally it was time for the big moment!
There I go....
It was an absolutely beautiful ceremony!
Before we had time to realize it the ceremony was over and it was time for the reception....
I'll save that for a later post!
The wedding was gorgeous....the Bride even more so and I couldn't have been happier to be there for her big day!
Congratulations Mr & Mrs P!
May you shower each other with love!

I hope you had a blessed Saturday!
