Beans, Corn, Rotel, Chicken & Cream Cheese...

Sometimes simple ingredients are all you need for a good hearty meal.
What You'll Need:
1 Bag of Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 block of cream cheese
1 can of corn
1 can black beans
1 can of diced tomatoes w/ green chiles
(After making this recipe I suggest either getting a spicier rotel OR adding a taco seasoning as it was a little too simple).
First, throw all your chicken into the pot.
Second, place the entire block of cream cheese in the pot.
Third, drain and rinse your black beans and then put them in as well.
Fourth, drain your corn and add it to the mix.
Lastly, pour that rotel on top of it all.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
 Stir occasionally.
Lay a bed of rice on your plate...
Get a good scoop of your mixture.
And voila, dinner is served!
If you like you can sprinkle some cheese on top.
Or for another twist you can put this on tacos instead.
The chicken is very tender and easy to shred if you'd like to shred it after it's cooked.
(As I stated previously, a spicier rotel or some taco seasoning would have given this dish that little extra it needed!)
If you make this let me know what you think!
I hope you all had a Blessed Monday!
