Better Snacking Option...

...I'm pretty sure that a lot of my friends have already made and raved about this recipe.
But for those of you who haven't....this is your cue to eat your veggies and enjoy them!

The Popeye Approved Smoothie!
Ingredients:
 Baby Spinach (enough to fill the blender after you add the following ingredients)
1 Frozen Banana (I peel & sliced mine before I froze it which made blending easier)
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1/2 cup yogurt (I used vanilla because thats what I keep in the house, you could use Greek yogurt for more protein or really any flavor you like)
1 cup 2% milk (or any milk of your choosing, if I make this for my hubby I'll probably use almond milk)
 Combine everything in your blender and....welll....blend
Finally..pour into a glass and enjoy!
I ended up with 24 oz of smoothie so I poured 12 oz into 2 mason jars and had 2 days of shake!
It was so yummy and I didn't even taste the spinach!
Don't get me wrong, I like spinach.
But I never, until now, thought of it as a snack item.
So there you have it, a better snack option for all to enjoy!

P.S. I made this a few days later, but to make it even yummier I added 1 cup of frozen blueberries (good fiber)!
