Another day another recipe.
Not much else going on here this week so I figured I'd tackle another Pinterest recipe!
Bubble Up Enchiladas
What You'll Need:
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 (10oz) can enchiladas sauce
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 can bisquits
1-1/4 shredded cheese
First you'll need to brown you're meat and then add the enchilada and tomato sauce
Cut your refrigerated biscuits into fourths
add to your meat and sauce mixture.
Preheat to 350 degrees
Pour your mix into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove and add cheese then return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove and let sit for 5 minutes.
My personal opinion if I were to make this again I would use an extra 1/2 lb of meat and 1/2 a can extra of each sauce.
This is definitely a quick and easy meal when you don't have a lot of time.
Also, it's an inexpensive meal....only 5 ingredients!
Well it's blowing hard outside and the rain is coming down in sheets so I'm gonna bunker down and curl up with my cuddle bug!
She's been a little fussier than normal today so I think a little extra loving is in order.
I hope you all had a Blessed Wednesday!
P.S. As an extra added bonus there will be another give-away posted tomorrow! I hope you're as excited as I am! It's just in time for everyone to have a chance to win a Christmas gift for themselves!

love cheap meals!!
ReplyDeleteSounds delish... we use this enchilada sauce recipe when we make ours (let's be honest - when Zac makes his). It's the perfect mix of tomato flavor and not tomato flavor (am I a foodie or what??).
ReplyDeleteIt's also cheaper and we almost always have what we need in the cupboard, versus remembering to buy enchilada sauce!

I've been wanting to try that! Gotta love the easy factor!
ReplyDeleteThis looks pretty tasty. I bet I could substitute the ground beef for soy meat since I don't eat meat. I'll have to try that. I hope you and your lovely family are doing well!
