It's another overcast day here in North Carolina.
A perfect day for something warm in your tummy come lunch time.
Here is what you will need:
1. Crescent Rolls
2. 1/2 lb of Roast Beef thinly sliced
3. Provolone or Swiss cheese
Preheat your oven to 375
Lay your crescent rolls out on your baking sheet
Add 1 or 2 slices of roast beef to each roll.
I used one and folded it in half since they were so long.
Top with a slice of cheese
Roll 'em up!
They already look so pretty!
Bake for 11-13 minutes (I always do the lower time and check back until they are ready)
Remove from oven and smell the deliciousness!
Melted Cheese!!!!
Now for the dipping Au Jus.
If you are like me and don't have the luxury of drippings from a recent roast,
or the time to chop onions and sauté a lot of ingredients here is a super simple recipe for dipping sauce.
You'll need
1. 4 cubes of beef bouillon
2. 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
3. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4. 3 cups of boiling water
Once your water is boiling..
..whisk in your beef bouillon cubes.
Add your soy sauce
and garlic powder until everything is well mixed.
Serve into individual dipping bowls to enjoy with your french dip crescents!
I hope you'll try these out!
They are scrumptious and a perfect way to warm your belly!
Have a Blessed Monday!

Oh yummy! I don't even eat beef and these look good! My hubby would love them- I will have to add this to his lunch rotation (they might not be quite as good microwaved though, haha!)
