Chicken Stroganoff

Crockpot meals are by far one of my favorite things in the world.
I think the perfect catch phrase for Crockpots is....
"Set it and forget it"!

Here Is What You Need:
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast
-1 (16 oz) container of sour cream
-1 package of onion soup mix
-1 can of cream of chicken soup
-egg noodles
In a bowl mix your sour cream, soup, and onion soup mix.
It'll kinda look like a chip dip, but I assure you it's now.
Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray (for easy cleanup)
Place your chicken in the bottom and top with the creamy mixture.
Allow it to cook on low for 6 hours.

When you are ready for dinner cook up the appropriate amount of egg noodles for your group and then top with your chicken stroganoff.
Sorry I forgot to get a picture of the finished product!
It was so good we ate it up before I had a chance to snap a pic.
Oops.
If you make it feel free to comment with a link to your blog so I can see how yours turned out!

I hope you have a Blessed Monday!
