Excuse me while I complain for a moment.
I'm COLD!
I hate being cold.
I really really seriously dislike being cold.
Okay I'm done.
With that tidbit in mind let me share something.
Cold weather = warm dinner!
That part I enjoy!
This week I'm going to share a recipe for Hamburger Taco Soup.
It's quick, simple, and YUMMY!
Here Is What You'll Need:
- 1 can Rotel or similar
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cans sliced stewed tomatoes
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 16 oz package of frozen corn
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) cooked and drained.
Place ALL your ingredients in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 2-1/2 to 3 hours!
Serve in a bowl, topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole (whatever floats your boat) and with a side of tortilla chips.
It's a crowd pleaser and it'll leave you feeling warm on the inside and out!
What's for dinner in your house tonight?
I hope you have a Blessed Monday!
