Pot Pie Cupcakes

After many many recipes that call for crescent rolls I was excited to stumble across one that called for regular ole biscuits!
I love Pot Pie.
So to find a simple way to make it made me giddy.

Here Is What You'll Need!
-2 cookied chicken breasts- shredded or diced.
-1 can of cream of chicken soup
-1 cup frozen mixed veggies
-1 cup shredded cheese
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp garlic salt
-2 cans biscuits

Preheat to 400ยบ
Spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Smash a biscuit into each muffin opening.
In a large bowl mix chicken, soup, veggies, cheese,  & spices.
Evenly spoon your concoction into the opening of each biscuit laden opening.
Bake for 15 minutes. 
Allow them to cool for 3 minutes.
Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or whatever other comfort food fits the bill.
These are also great to pack in a lunch as they require no silverware and are easy to reheat!
