Turducken of Desserts

Have you ever heard of a turducken?
I hadn't until a few years ago.
It's a turkey stuffed with a duck that is stuffed with a chicken.
CRAZY right!?!?
Have you ever had one?
Well this is not the poultry laden kind of treat I'm making today, but it is a treat within a treat within a treat!

Here Is What You'll Need:
-1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-2 eggs (or however many your brownie mix asks for)
-1 roll of chocolate chip cookie dough
-Oreo-esque cookies.

Preheat your oven to 350 (325 for dark or non-stick pans)
Mix up your brownie mix according to packaging.
Spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Now fill each spot about 1/3 full of brownie mix.
Break your cookie dough into 12 pieces.
Wrap the cookie dough around the 'Oreo'.
All sides will be covered.
Place a dough wrapped cookie in each opening.
Top with additional brownie mix.
You could just make them as pictured if you wanted, but I covered each with brownie mix.
You can't even tell there is anything but brownie in these!!!
Excited yet?
Bake approx. 20 minutes and then check the done-ness.
If not done continue to cook at 2 minute intervals.
Here is the yummy treat you'll end up with.
These could be a good April Fool's Day treat...no one would know quite what they were eating.
I'm curious about what other kinds of treats I can stuff into brownies now, although, brownies are pretty sacred to me...so I might not mess with them too much!

I hope you get a chance to whip up a batch yourself!
Let me know how they turn out!

I hope you had a Blessed Tuesday!
P.S. Don't forget to enter my giveaway!

  1. I really want to make this but my waistline keeps telling me NO!! NO!! NO!! My sons keep saying YES!! YES!! YES!!

There will be roadwork done in our neighborhood Friday night so we will be "stuck" at home for 24 hours, unsure if loading them up with this much sugar when we are literally stuck at the house is a good idea but it will be fun to bake with them...will let you know how it turns out!!

  2. You are ridiculous (but in a totally awesome way) I literally feel me gaining weight whenever I read your blog. Must find a napkin to wipe my drool off my face.
