This might be one of my favorite Crockpot pork recipes.
It's so full of flavor, your taste buds might just explode with excitement!

Here Is What You'll Need:
- 2 or 3 pound boneless pork roast
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons dried basil
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
As always, when using a Crockpot, spray with non-stick spray to ensure easy clean-up afterwards.
Place your roast in the cooker.
In a small bowl mix together your cheese, honey, soy sauce, basil, garlic, salt, and olive oil
It looks so good!
Pour over your roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160ยบ
It should look like this when it's done cooking.
Remove the meat and place on a serving platter or cutting board.
Carefully transfer your juices into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Slowly combine the cornstarch and water until smooth and then add to your broth.
Bring to a boil and stir for about 2 minutes or until your sauce is thickened.
Slice your roast, serve with gravy and enjoy!
You can serve this with any side dishes your heart desires.
As this cooler weather moves in I can only assume there will be more crockpot recipes here so tune in next week to see what we have cooking!
I hope you have a Blessed Monday!
